7D Architecture take the design drawings through to a point where the builder can then price from them, and the local council can process the building consent. We work with your consultants or we can organise consultants for you to ensure all of the structural and planning elements are compliant with the latest regulations. 7D Architecture will take care of the building consent lodgement and processing for you.

7D Architecture work with you through the design process to ensure you get a result that you are happy with. During this time, we will meet with you in our office to go over the 3D Computer model, we make sure every part of the process is understood. This is often the most exciting part of the project!

Building consent has been approved. Your builder can start work! If you don’t have a builder 7D Architecture works with reputable construction companies across the Bay of Plenty. Give us a call and we will line up the right builder for your project. Our work doesn’t end there, we will be on call during the construction stage to ensure the work goes as planned!
